Women in Motion Mission Statement
Our mission is to create an inclusive, influential, and dynamic community within the vertical transportation industry that champions education, networking, and mentorship. While founded by a group of inspiring women, our commitment extends to allies who share our vision of equality and mutual support.
Our committee chair is Kelly Oberhardt with KONE Spares and our Vice Chair is Veronica Querales with Kohtler Elevator Industries.
Women in Motion hosted a virtual roundtable event on July 30.
The breakout session discussion topics included how technology has changed leadership, managing different generations in the workforce, and building a leadership pipeline for women.
