    Peter McIntosh is the Director of Business Development for Technical Services at Hyperion Solutions. With over 18 years of hands-on experience in the field and motor shop, the former co-owner of McIntosh Industries specializes in complex system diagnostics and analyzing the value proposition for retention versus replacement of legacy equipment. A popular speaker for elevator associations, contractors, and consulting firms nationwide, Pete discusses evolving elevator technology, maintenance strategies, and industry trends. He is known for the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language, bridging the gap between experts and decision-makers.     Travis Hall has worked with Alliance Elevator Solutions (AES) as General Manager / Partner for 13 years. During that time, he took AES from a concept to a nationwide brand. He has also spearheaded engineering and product development of hydraulic and MRL traction product lines; created training seminars which were approved by the National Association of Elevator Contractors for CET credits; and built an AIA course, which was approved in 2017. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Pennsylvania State University; a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Bellevue University; and an Associate of Science degree in Aerospace Maintenance Technology from Community College of the Air Force.
