Wiedenzhausen, July 5th, 2022 - Wittur Group announces that after 4 years leading the Wittur Human Resources team, Aline Estevant-Rigaut will leave Wittur at the end of July. We want to thank Aline for her achievements in building up a global, future fit and professional Human Resource function and team and we will appreciate her legacy for years to come.
In order to keep up the momentum and to carry on the strong path of building up a value creating People practice for the Wittur Group, we are pleased to welcome Åsa Lautenberg as Wittur Chief People Officer effective July 4th, 2022.
Åsa originally comes from Sweden, is married to a South African, has two grown up sons and has lived and worked in Germany for more than 20 years. She has a deep expertise and experience in Human Resources, with a clear focus on Leadership Development and Transformation. Her experience spans from a long leadership career in the Lufthansa Group where she was responsible for functions such as Talent Management, Leadership & Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits etc. as well as end to end responsibility for the People and Organization Function at SAMSON AG and Viessmann Group.
Åsa describes herself as forward thinking and value driven. She has a global outlook and sees the People Functions value add in fearlessly driving necessary change towards innovative and customer orientated business solutions, while always keeping a strong people and culture focus. She is fascinated with the current strategic challenges at Wittur Group and excited to roll up her sleeves and start to contribute. She feels confident that she’s bringing the right experience from her Aviation days of “taking people to the next level while always bringing them back down again safely”.
