NAEC Member Benefits

The NAEC member services committee and Newmark Knight Frank, a national real estate services firm that will provide real estate services free of charge to NAEC members are in a cooperative effort to assist our members.

Newmark’s services include:

National Firm with office's in most major Cities. Our Industrial services group can go deep into rural markets.
Landlords use representation in house or with an exclusive broker creating a possible disadvantage when negotiating. Newmark can represent members on your behalf; all fees will be paid by the landlord. This will level the playing field when negotiating with landlords.
Newmark will provide market research and demographic surveys when investigating future real estate issues. i.e. Lease acquisitions, renewals, purchases.
Newmark will analyze and review existing leases to see if members are paying fare, market rent or over paying and could have the possibility to renegotiate a more favorable lease.
Newmark has provided NAEC members with a primary contact person, Nicholas Cangemi, (NCangemi@newmarkkf.com) to assist members in any way.
